Legal
Terms of Service
Operated by Sinner Sunday Network LLC
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of sinnersunday.com and everything we sell through it — merchandise, event tickets, and digital content (together, the “Services”).
Sinner Sunday is operated by Sinner Sunday Network LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Where these terms say “we,” “us,” or “Sinner Sunday,” that is who they mean.
Browsing the site, buying merchandise, or purchasing a ticket means you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the Services.
We may revise these terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order is the version that governs that order. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the current version.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order or purchase an event ticket.
For attendees age 16–17: You may purchase and attend independently IF your parent or legal guardian provides written consent (email to support@sinnersunday.com is acceptable). By providing consent, your parent or guardian acknowledges the risks described in these terms and in the event-specific materials provided at the time of ticket purchase.
For attendees under 16: A parent or legal guardian must purchase on your behalf and may be required to be present at the event or provide written supervision authorization.
Some Sinner Sunday content is made for adult audiences (16+). Age requirements for live events are stated at the point of ticket sale and are enforced at the door. Proof of age may be required.
3. Accounts
You may be able to create an account. If you do, you are responsible for what happens under it — keep your credentials private and tell us at support@sinnersunday.com if you believe someone else has access.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, resale in violation of these terms, abuse of our staff, or any other breach of this agreement.
4. Products, Drops, and Availability
4.1 How Our Drops Work
We sell in limited releases. Quantities are finite and, in most cases, we do not restock. A sold-out item may never return.
Being on our email or SMS list does not reserve inventory or guarantee you the ability to purchase. Access to early or presale windows is a courtesy, not a right.
4.2 Descriptions and Images
We try to represent our products accurately. Screen calibration varies, so colors may not display exactly as they appear in person. Measurements are approximate. Small variations in print placement, dye, and finish are normal in apparel manufacturing and are not defects.
4.3 Pricing and Errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Occasionally a product may be listed at the wrong price or with the wrong description due to a system or human error. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by such an error, including after the order is confirmed. If we cancel, you receive a full refund. We are not obligated to honor an incorrect price.
4.4 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Until then we may cancel or limit any order — including for suspected fraud, suspected reseller activity, quantity limits, or inventory that turned out to be unavailable.
We may impose per-customer quantity limits on any release.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that method.
Payment is processed by third-party processors. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
Sales tax is applied where required.
6. Shipping
6.1 Timing
Drop orders are fulfilled in batches, and processing takes longer than a typical retail order — often several weeks after a release closes. Estimated windows are posted at the time of the drop. They are estimates, not commitments.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Once we hand a package to the carrier, responsibility passes to you. We are not liable for carrier delays, mis-scans, or packages marked delivered but reported missing.
6.3 Wrong Addresses
Check your shipping address before you submit. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it at your cost.
6.4 International Orders
Where we ship internationally, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Refused packages are not refunded for shipping.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 Merchandise — All Sales Final
Because we produce in limited quantities against confirmed demand, all merchandise sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or size swaps under any circumstances.
Check the size guide before ordering. Reach out to support@sinnersunday.com beforehand if you need help choosing.
7.2 Defects and Errors
We will make it right if we got it wrong. Contact support@sinnersunday.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item or size relative to your order
We will replace the item where stock exists, or issue a refund where it does not.
7.3 Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Our fulfillment process begins immediately after a drop closes.
8. Event Tickets
8.1 All Ticket Sales Are Final and Non-Refundable
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE FOR ANY REASON.
Tickets are revocable licenses to attend an event on a specific date and time. Once issued, they cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred, resold (except through authorized channels), or refunded.
This policy applies universally — no exceptions for any reason, including but not limited to weather, illness, change of plans, travel delays, job changes, family emergencies, or any other circumstance.
The ticket price and all associated fees (processing, service, facility fees) are fully non-refundable.
8.2 Ticketing Platform
Tickets are sold through a third-party ticketing provider. Your purchase is also subject to that provider’s terms. Ticket delivery, order lookup, and transfer functions are handled on their platform.
8.3 Weather, Schedule Modifications, Cancellation and Rescheduling
RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
Sinner Sunday events are rain-or-shine events. Performances may proceed in inclement weather unless event organizers determine that conditions, including but not limited to lightning, high winds, severe thunderstorms, extreme heat, or other severe weather, pose a risk to attendees, artists, or staff.
SCHEDULE MODIFICATIONS
In the event of weather-related delays, interruptions, artist cancellations, performer changes, timing modifications, or evacuations, Sinner Sunday reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performer order, timing, duration, performance length, or other event details as necessary without providing refunds, exchanges, or compensation.
NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER OR SCHEDULE CHANGES
No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to:
- Weather-related circumstances of any kind
- Schedule modifications or changes
- Performer changes or cancellations
- Delays or interruptions for any reason
- Changes to event timing, duration, or lineup
- Any other modifications to event details
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that weather and scheduling changes may occur and you assume the risk of these occurrences. You have no right to a refund or compensation if the event is modified in any way.
EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
If we cancel an event outright and do not reschedule it, you receive a refund of the ticket face value only. Service and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If we reschedule the event to a different date, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact support@sinnersunday.com — refunds in that circumstance are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for your travel, lodging, time off work, childcare, or any other costs associated with preparing to attend or attempting to attend the event. You attend at your own expense and assume all costs.
8.4 Resale
Tickets are for personal use only. Reselling above face value, or reselling through unauthorized channels, may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Unauthorized resale may also result in banning from future events.
8.5 Entry, Conduct, and Revocation of Access
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission requires a valid ticket and, where applicable, valid ID matching the name on the ticket.
Age Verification: If you appear to be under 21 or the event is restricted to 16+, we may request photo ID to verify age. If you cannot provide valid ID, you will be denied entry with no refund.
GROUNDS FOR DENIAL OF ENTRY OR REMOVAL
The venue and Sinner Sunday may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who:
- Is intoxicated or under the influence to the point of disruption
- Harasses, threatens, or endangers other attendees, performers, or staff
- Brings prohibited items
- Records or transmits the event without authorization
- Violates venue rules or safety protocols
- Violates any Sinner Sunday policy
- Is non-compliant with event protocols
- Is a safety risk to themselves or others
- Has violated any law or regulation
- May bring Sinner Sunday into disrepute
- Appears to have purchased a ticket for another person when Sinner Sunday requires photo ID verification
REVOCATION OF ACCESS — NO REFUND
Sinner Sunday reserves the right to revoke your ticket, wristband, or access without refund at any time if Sinner Sunday, in its sole discretion, determines you are:
- Noncompliant with event protocols or safety requirements
- A safety risk to yourself, other attendees, or staff
- In violation of any Sinner Sunday or venue policy
- In violation of any local, state, or federal law
- Acting in a manner that may bring Sinner Sunday into disrepute
- Engaged in any behavior deemed inappropriate by event staff
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Removal or denial of entry for any reason does not entitle you to a refund of the ticket price, fees, or any other compensation. The decision to remove an attendee is final and not subject to appeal or negotiation.

You may not record or livestream the event for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Content You Submit
9.1 Confessions and Submissions
We invite people to send us stories, confessions, and messages. Anything you submit is submitted voluntarily.
By submitting content to us, you grant Sinner Sunday a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content across any medium, including social media, video, podcast, print, and merchandise, without compensation to you.
We may edit submissions for length and clarity. We may publish them anonymously or with attribution — do not include identifying details you don’t want made public.
You confirm that anything you submit is yours to submit, is truthful to your knowledge, and does not violate anyone’s rights or defame anyone.
We are not obligated to publish anything and may remove anything at any time.
9.2 Reviews and Social Content
If you post about us publicly and tag us, we may repost or share it, with credit.
9.3 Prohibited Content
Do not send us content that is illegal, that harasses or threatens an identifiable person, that infringes someone’s rights, or that includes another person’s private information without their permission.
10. Intellectual Property
The Sinner Sunday name, logo, designs, artwork, photography, video, written content, and site design are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce our designs, use our marks, or make derivative products without written permission. Buying a garment doesn’t transfer any rights in the design printed on it.
11. Prohibited Uses
Don’t use the Services to break the law, defraud anyone, impersonate someone, scrape or harvest data, disrupt our systems, circumvent purchase limits with bots or automation, or resell our products in a way these terms prohibit.
We reserve the right to detect, prevent, and take action against automated purchasing, bot activity, or other attempts to circumvent purchase limits, including canceling orders placed through unauthorized means.
12. Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties for payments, ticketing, shipping, email, and messaging. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their portion of your experience. We aren’t responsible for their acts or omissions.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINNER SUNDAY NETWORK LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, OR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR TICKET GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sinner Sunday Network LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your conduct at an event, or content you submit to us.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between us are resolved and limits your ability to bring a lawsuit or participate in a class action.
16.1 Talk to Us First
Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@sinnersunday.com describing the dispute and the resolution you want. Most issues resolve here. Give us 30 days.
16.2 Binding Arbitration
If we can’t resolve it informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except as noted in 16.4.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless we agree otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.3 No Class Actions
You and Sinner Sunday agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative action.
16.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.
16.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@sinnersunday.comwith the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of your first purchase, including your name and order number. Opting out doesn’t affect any other part of these terms.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where a claim isn’t subject to arbitration, it belongs in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
18. General
Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
No waiver. If we don’t enforce a provision, that isn’t a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Sinner Sunday Network LLC 7533 S Center View Ct, Ste R West Jordan, UT 84084Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
1. The Program

By opting in to the Program, you accept these terms — including, without limitation, the agreement to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration described in Section 11.
These terms apply to the Program specifically and don’t modify any other agreement between you and Sinner Sunday.
2. Opting In
You join the Program by affirmatively opting in — through a signup form on our website, at checkout, by texting a keyword to our number, or through a form presented at a live event.
We do not add anyone to the Program without their express consent. We do not buy, rent, or import third-party phone number lists.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. What You’ll Receive
Participants receive recurring automated marketing messages, which may include:
- Product drop announcements and presale access
- Event announcements and ticket on-sale alerts
- Restock and waitlist notifications
- Cart reminders
- Order and shipping updates
- Brand news
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Volume increases around product drops and event on-sales.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages under your plan. Contact your carrier about your plan’s terms.
6. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to leave the Program at any time.
You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing messages. You may also email support@sinnersunday.com.
Leaving the Program doesn’t unsubscribe you from email, and doesn’t stop transactional messages tied to an order or ticket you’ve already purchased.
To rejoin, opt in again through any of the methods in Section 2.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@sinnersunday.com.
8. Carriers and Message Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and device conditions outside our control. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered on time.
The Program may not be supported by all carriers or on all devices.
We do not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages by your wireless provider. Messages sent by text may not be delivered if the mobile device is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of wireless carriers may interfere with message delivery, including terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, weather, and the recipient’s equipment.
We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:
- Our text messaging programs
- Non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of a text message
- Inaccurate or incomplete content in a text message
- Use or reliance on the content of any text message for any purpose
- Missing time-sensitive information (including event announcements, sale dates, or ticket availability) due to non-delivery or delay
The wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered text messages.
9. Your Phone Number
You confirm that the number you provide is yours, or that you’re authorized to enroll it.
If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us immediately at support@sinnersunday.com. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from messages sent to a number you gave us that you no longer control.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information collected through the Program is described in our Privacy Policy at https://sinnersunday.com/privacypolicy.
We do not share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with any third parties. Phone numbers collected through the Program are shared only with the service providers who transmit messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes relating to the Program are subject to the informal resolution requirement, binding individual arbitration provision, class action waiver, and opt-out right set out in Section 16 of the Terms of Service above, which is incorporated here by reference.
12. Changes
We may modify or terminate the Program, or these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
