5.2 How We Collect Phone Numbers

We collect phone numbers only when you provide them directly and affirmatively opt in — through a signup form on our website, at checkout, by texting a keyword to our number, or through a form at a live event. We do not purchase, rent, or acquire phone numbers from third-party lists.

We use phone numbers you provide solely to send you the messages described above and to provide customer support related to your orders and tickets.

5.4 Cart Reminder Text Messages

Sinner Sunday’s website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by text message.

You will only receive cart reminder text messages if you have opted in to our text message program.

5.5 Who We Share Phone Numbers With

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further marketing texts.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email, and does not affect transactional messages related to an order or ticket you have purchased.

5.7 Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Email Marketing

If you opt in to our email list, we will send you marketing emails about product drops, events, and brand news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support@sinnersunday.com.

We will continue to send transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notices, ticket confirmations — regardless of your marketing email preferences, because these relate to purchases you have made.
